What we collect

• Audit requests: your salon's name, the public details on its Google listing (address, hours, rating, reviews, photos, booking link) and your email.
• Clients: account and billing contacts, access to the accounts you connect (Google profile, ad account), your Dept. Book services, bookings and client list (yours: we process it for you only), and any client list you choose to upload.
• Site visits: page views and funnel steps counted without cookies. No cross-site tracking and no personal profile.

How we use it

• To make and send your audit, run your marketing, count tracked new clients and bill you.
• Your client list is used only for your salon. It is never sold, shared for ads, or used for another client.

Your rights

California residents can ask to know, correct or delete their personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share it. Message us from your dashboard and we reply within 10 business days.

Keeping and deleting

When a client cancels, we remove our access within 7 days and delete their data 30 days after.
