Data processing addendum

Part of every client agreement

For the personal information of your salon's customers, you are the business and Dept. is your service provider under the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.140(ag)).

• Purpose only. We process your customers' data only to provide the services in your agreement.
• No sale, no sharing. We never sell it or share it for cross-context advertising.
• No cross-client use. We don't combine it with other clients' data or use it for anyone else.
• Subprocessors. Only those listed on the subprocessor page, each bound by terms at least this strict.
• Deletion. Access removed within 7 days of cancelling. Data deleted 30 days after, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Help with requests. We help you answer your customers' privacy requests.
