The guarantee

Fewer than 10 tracked new clients in your first 90 days (25 code redemptions for restaurants and retail, 10 booked estimates for home services), and month 4 is free. Every plan starts with a 1,000-home postcard drop, so the count starts in month one. Plus a 30-day, no-questions refund on your first month.

Every new client books through your Dept. booking page. A new client is someone's first completed visit with you, and it's tracked when they came from a Dept. offer code, QR code or Dept. link. Google and Instagram Book-button bookings and walk-ins without a code are shown on their own line and never count toward the guarantee or the headline.
